About Penny-Jane

Penny-Jane Cooke is the Director of Partnerships, Campaigns & Advocacy at Power for All, where she focuses on developing, maintaining, and activating partnerships to accelerate universal energy access, and working with Power for All leadership team on the implementation of thematic campaigns, including those focused on jobs, agriculture and integrated electrification.

Penny-Jane has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and more than 12 years’ experience in the legislative and policy environment governing the renewable energy industry across Africa. Before joining Power for All, Penny-Jane was the Head of Strategic Partnerships for a lead developer in the Distributed Renewable Energy sector. She has worked on corporate strategy, future country market analysis, and building organizational presence through high level stakeholder engagement. She has worked as a project manager in the private and non-profit sector and has a passion for mentoring developing teams.
