About Zoe Byl

Zoe is the Grants and Operations Manager at Power for All, where she is responsible for the financial and administrative support to the Power for All team, as well as the organization’s leadership in day-to-day grants management and operations, such as ensuring compliance with the terms of grants, research for new grant opportunities and overall team operational needs. Zoe has a background in international development, on-the-ground research, and business development, with a passion for innovative, sustainable social impact initiatives. For her Master’s thesis at the University of Amsterdam, she carried out qualitative research on sex education and women’s aspirations in rural Ghana, which can be found on http://www.her-choice.org/en/research/. She also had the opportunity to do a Business Development fellowship with (RED), which has given her a particular interest in strategic partnerships in the world of development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from UCLA and a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Amsterdam. Zoe is based in San Francisco, California.
